Gottschee GU11 - No Luck in Fall 09 Tournaments

The girls started their U11 tournament season with split results. First off was a decent 3rd place finish in the highly competitive Columbus Day North Hempstead Cup, which was highlighted by a 4-1 win over LIJSL 1st division Syosset Red Devils and a close 2-1 loss to Middle Country Maniacs. That was followed by a shorthanded second place finish in the Rough Riders Thanksgiving Weekend Tournamant. Action was fast and furious during both tournaments and the girls showed desire to step up their game.
